DRIVER: JEFF "the iceman" BIRD Starting out with Karting, Jeff Bird has been driving open wheel cars on the west coast for many years, always with a professional and respectful approach towards everyone involved in the sport. Jeff possesses a unique combination of fierce competitive ambition and expert driving ability, always striving to surpass his previous performances. Jeff's nickname "iceman" started with a sponsorship from Columbia Ice in 2003. Jeff is very athletic and plays hockey and baseball, as well as coaches his son's hockey team. Both of Jeff's kids, Adam (13) and Kendra (11), are involved in helping out with the Sprint car and are named as "Junior Crew" members. Jeff was an Executive Member on the NSRA Board in 2006-2007. |
